01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the gaya99 online entertainment platform, including the website at gaya99.onl, the gaya99 mobile app for Android and iOS, and all related services provided by us. These Terms take effect from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

02Account Eligibility

To register and use the gaya99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Have never had a gaya99 account terminated due to a prior breach of these Terms.

Gaya99 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage and to temporarily suspend an account pending completion of that verification. Users who provide false information during registration may face account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance.

03Registration & KYC Verification

05Bonuses & Promotions

Gaya99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special festive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms and limits specified in each promotional offer.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.

Gaya99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit the required KYC verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious activity related to account or financial security.
• Requests from relevant authorities in accordance with legal requirements.
• Account closure requests submitted by the member through customer support channels.

When an account is terminated due to a Terms violation, Gaya99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the violation is confirmed, balances associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Account closure requested by the member will be processed within 5 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned once all conditions are met.

09Limitation of Liability

Gaya99 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, delays, or errors at all times.

• Gaya99 is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity failures, service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

• Gaya99 is not liable for any consequences arising from financial decisions made by members based on their use of this platform.

10Terms Amendment

Gaya99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with business requirements, legal changes, or platform improvements. Material amendments will be communicated to members at least 7 days before taking effect via:

• Email to the address registered on your account.
• Updates to this Terms and Conditions page with a new effective date.

Continued use of the gaya99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the amendments, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

11Applicable Law
